Thermal Treads

Our treads are cut from the highest quality of Bluestone on the east coast. Due to the scarcity of this ultra high quality rock, treads are in very high demand. We are lucky enough to own our own quarries which allows us to specialize in sourcing and cutting the ultra high quality bluestone needed to produce top notch thermal treads.

Thermal Pavers

Thermal Pennsylvania Bluestone Paver are known worldwide for their strength, low maintenance, and durability in harsh environments. Not to mention their unique and distinguished color that is found nowhere else in the world. Bluestone Pavers’ superior durability are especially well suited for climates with harsher winters. Where the freezing and thawing can take a serious toll on less dense and lower quality types of rock. They also do very well in the heat and when exposed to water. Bluestone pavers are most commonly used for patios, wallways, and pools.

Sawn & Natural Steps

Steps can either be sawn for a cleaner finish or left natural for a more rugged finish. The edges can also be finished a number of different ways. Nothing looks better on a walkway, patio, or garden than a large cut of stone to give an area a sophisticated but natural feel. Our stoneyard contains a large selection of natural and sawn bluestone steps. We have Blue and Full Color Range. Steps can be cut, split or chiseled to the customers desired dimension or can be selected from our stoneyards precut inventory.

Natural Cleft Pavers

Natural Cleft Pattern, also known as Natural Pattern for short, is hand split to give the most natural looking Bluestone Paver surface. Natural Cleft Pattern is most commonly used for Pavers on Patios. Harvesting our Natural Pattern from the largest Bluestone Quarry in the county allows us to supply large orders of high quality stone.

Stand-Up

Irregular Natural Cleft Stand-up, also referred to as just Stand-up, is hand split with edges that are naturally broken. This creates the most all around natural look possible. Hardscapers and stone artisans manually cut and break the stone edges during installation to fit the pieces together like a puzzle for an entirely custom finish.

Slabs & Custom Cuts

We have one of the largest saws in the business. This 11.5 ft saw blade allows us to cut very large slabs of rock that can be fabricated into very large custom Bluestone products. Whether it be countertops, wall topper, or other large architectural features, we can cut them for you.

Wall Stone

Generally referred to as wallstone, colonial and fieldstone can be tumbled or left natural. Bluestone is great for building natural rock walls. It can be loose laid or set in cement. Bluestone is one of the few wall stones that make it possible to achieve a uniformed one color finish. We have a wide selection of wallstone to choose from.

Landscape Architecture

We have a wide selection of large irregular and rectangular shaped blocks of rock that can be used for retaining walls, barriers, jetties, and garden features. For Jetty Construction and River Restoration we have the ability to supply hundreds of loads of rock to anywhere on the east coast.
